We are delighted that you have joined our ministry.  Having you and your family as a part of our church family will be a blessing both for you and for us.  In welcoming you into the church, we are confirming that you share the vision of VFM where we strive to reach out to the world while ministering to the needs of the whole man and entire family.

In order to strengthen your commitment to this ministry, it is requested  that you attend all sessions of the New Members Orientation classes before you become actively involved in any auxiliary. I believe that these classes will enable you to be a more effective member of this local church, the Church Of God In Christ, and the universal church.  As you know, there are many people who join church and only stay for a few weeks.  I do not want this to happen to you.

Therefore, our classes will take 8 weeks to complete and are designed so that you can learn and gain a basic understanding of the structure, doctrine, organization and government of our church.  Upon completion of all classes, you become eligible for graduation and auxiliary participation. Please commit yourself to this process and avail yourself to the many wonderful opportunities of worship here.
